Well, as many of you have probably done, we went to see Pirates....no spoilers here, can only say that the critics are WRONG once again....yah, I know, whatever.

 But here's my thoughts on movie critics....unless it is some avant garde indie film or a documentary, they have a tendency to pan it.....

More than that, my opinion is that when a movie reads like a book (much like POTC did....had twists and turns and multiple plot lines going on), they hate it.  (Same goes for Shrek III....it's a cartoon, folks, get OVER your critiquey selves!)   Pirates was a yummy, sit down in a comfy chair and lose yourself for 3 hours story.  Revealed in full color and costumes and action.

 For those who haven't seen it, enjoy....I know I will need more than one viewing to catch all of the details I missed.

Meet the Pirates. In case you haven't heard, the folks who invented "Survivor" have cooked up a new reality TV series, called "Pirate Master." The show will send 16 modern-day pirates on a high seas adventure to scour the waters of the Eastern Caribbean for 33 days in search of hidden treasure worth a million bucks. The show will be set in, and around, the nation of Dominica, (pronounced Dom-in-eek-a), which is located near Martinique. The series debuts May 31 on CBS. Details:
